Travel scoped into the engagement.
Based in Philadelphia, working the Northeast corridor regularly. For events farther out, travel and lodging are billed alongside the coverage fee.

- Half-Day Coverage — from $1,200 (4 hours)
- Full-Day Coverage — from $2,400 (10 hours)
- Multi-Day & Weekend — starting $4,500
- Destination & On Location — scoped per engagement; travel and lodging billed separately
A 25% deposit holds the date.
Introductory rate. For new clients and projects we're excited about, half-day coverage starts at $950. Available through summer 2026.
